I'm expecting or have just unblocked an email but I don't find it in my mailbox. What should I do?
  • If you are expecting a mail that does not arrive in your mailbox: please check that it hasn't been blocked by SpamEnMoins.

    This is very simple: go to www.SpamEnMoins.com and sign in to your account.

    Once you're signed in, you can find all the mails that have been blocked by SpamEnMoins in the "Blocked mails" section of your account.

    If the mail that you're looking for is in the list, simply click the 1st symbol to the right of the mail.
    You'll receive the mail in a few seconds and the sender of the mail will be automatically allowed (this means that SpamEnMoins will no longer block mails coming from this sender).

  • If you have just unlocked a mail but it doesn't arrive in your mailbox:

    It is possible that you email provider wrongly considers the email spam and that is therefore blocked (or classified as junk mail or spam).

    In order to receive the mail, simply click the second symbol to the right of the blocked mail.

    As a matter of fact, there are 2 ways to unlock a mail:

    - in Normal mode, by using

    - Or with the Mail Attached, by using: : here, you'll receive a mail from SpamEnMoins with the requested email attached to this mail.
